Our company promise all series products comply with relevant international standards, national standards, industry standards, meet the quality requirements of the contract and technical agreement; and promised to provide all products through scientific, strict and perfect inspection from raw materials into the factory to products manufactured.

 According to concept of providing users with high quality products and efficient service, our commitment of product quality and after-sales service as follows:

After – sales Service

Our company is responsible for the maintenance when product gets some trouble during the warranty period. After received customer’s feedback, immediately give a definite reply, and our service personal will leave for site in 24 hours within 500 km, in 48 hours within 500-1000 km, in 72 hours more than 1000 km. (Except for force majeure factors)

User training

    To insure maintenance personnel correctly understand the generator’s performance, operation and maintenance, our company to provide users with related training for free.

Warranty period

    Each generator from the day of leave the factory, provide 24 months (without limiting the run time) or 18 months of warranty period after 240 hours running. Also can be negotiated separately. During the warranty period, genetator damaged due to poor manufacturing or can’t work normally, our company repair, replace parts or motor for the user for free.

Services after the warranty period

    The expiry of the warranty, if the product fails, the company implement the paid service for life, the wearing parts and spare parts are sold at cost price. Service personnel give customers return visits aperiodically.
